This Expo will be open to the public Registration is Required for this Event below but can be done on site if you prefer. This Expo consist of indoors and Outdoor Sports and Activities. It will be held at the Lake Aurora Christian Camp 237 Golden Bough Road Lake Wales, FL 33898

​Vendors will need to register with Removing The Barriers for contact and emergency services if needed. All Activities Providers are by invitation only. Resource Center Table Vendors will need to register for approval prier to Oct 31st to receive instructions and table placement in the Resource Center.

Reservations are to be made according to:
Room block cutoff is: October 06 2026, Rooms reserved by that time will be considered as the final room pickup number.  After

October 06, 2026, any requested room reservations will be at regular rates and are based on availability.

Inclusions: The rate includes a complimentary breakfast buffet with hot items, free parking, and free wireless internet.

​Billing Arrangements: All reservations will be required to provide a valid credit card during booking. A deposit of 1 night room and tax can be collected within 72hrs of arrival to guarantee the reservation.

Cancelation Terms: Any individuals who cancel must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a one-night room and tax charge for confirmed dates.  

Additional Notes: Regular Check-In time is 3:00 pm; Check-Out time is 11:00 am.  We appreciate your kind consideration in honoring our QUIET ZONE hours of 9:00 PM-8:00 AM for all guests staying at the hotel. No refund for accommodations for guests asked to leave for noise complaints.
